I fell in love with sports and athletic training at a very early age, when during a summer holiday i learned about gymnastics and was able to do my first handstand by myself. Growing up, i continued my training in all kinds of sports including Gymnastics, Swimming, Handball and Basketball. During my final teen years i devoted my life to competitive rowing.
I gained a BSc in Health and Physical Education, and further developed my skills and knowledge with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. It is always very important to remember that exercise is always interlinked with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Immediately after, I acquired my REPs personal training qualification and REPs Level 4 qualification, specializing in understanding and reducing lower back pain. Since becoming fully qualified,i have worked both as a coach for different sports (swimming, rowing, football etc.), as well as a personal trainer for a variety of age groups and body types. Despite having worked in a variety of environments – some of them challenging - i have constantly found a way to get the best results with my clients, always developing an individual, personal relationship with each of them.
Throughout the years and all the sports i did, i realised that from exercise, people can find courage, support and health. I believe that exercise can be a life-changing factor, no matter what age people start or resume participation. Fitness has many dimensions and every person should have his own. No one can tell you what or how you should look like, you are the boss of your body. Choose the right reasons to be fit; for you, your family, your future and the rest will come.
